120g vacum pack of our Home Smoked Traditionally Cured D - Sliced  Smoked Salmon.

Our fresh Salmon is carefully selected before it is dry cured. Then following the 24 hour curing process the Salmon is allowed to rest before going into the smoker. There it is gently smoked using local untreated smouldering Oak chippings. The best quality fish are essential to the fine eating quality of this premium product, a product that we are proud of, and have been smoking at Snape for three genrations.
