Handmade using chunky fresh Cod fillets that are delivered to us daily from the East coast. The cooked flaky white Cod pieces are combined with creamy fresh mashed potatoes that have been perfectly seasoned with sea salt, pepper and fresh curly parsley. Available in packs of two or four.

FRESH DRESSED WHITBY OR CROMER CRABS
Cromer crabs are brown crabs that are caught off the Northern coast of Norfolk. The chalk shelf and nutrient rich waters in this region make for particularly flavoursome, tender and fragrant crab. Best eaten freshly dressed with a squeeze of lemon and milled black pepper.
Fresh Sea Bass 3 For £10
Fresh Sea Bass from Greece. Sea Bass is an excellent source of protein, selenium and essential omega - 3 fatty acids and they are also low in calories. With its meaty texture Sea Bass are great baked one the bone in the oven or on the BBQ. Sea Bass fillets are great simply pan fried, seasoned with salt and pepper, a squeeze of lemon and finished off with a knob of butter before removing from the pan.
